Advanced Colour Analysis

For Colour Analysts Ready for Greater Precision, Confidence & Depth

You know how to conduct a colour analysis. But the more clients you work with, the more you discover that not every analysis is straightforward.

Some clients make you question what you’re seeing. Two palettes may both seem possible. A colour may appear to brighten the face, but is it brightness or washout? Is the warmth creating a healthy golden glow or sallowness? Is the client beautifully softened or beginning to fade?

And sometimes, you know you’ve found the right season, but you can see there is more to the story.

Advanced Colour Analysis Training was created for exactly these moments.

This immersive three-day training goes beyond the process you learned in Mastery to develop the finer observation, judgement and confidence that come with advanced practice.

See More. Question More. Know What to Look for Next.

At an advanced level, it’s often the subtle distinctions that make the difference.

You’ll develop your ability to recognize and interpret the changes happening in front of you, distinguish between closely related results and determine what to test when the answer isn’t immediately clear.

We’ll also explore one of the greatest challenges for an experienced analyst: remaining objective.

A client’s preferences, previous analysis, physical characteristics, or even your own first impression, can influence where an analysis goes. You’ll learn to form a hypothesis, test it and challenge it rather than simply looking for evidence that confirms what you already think.

The goal isn’t to second-guess yourself more.

It’s to know what you’re seeing, why it matters and when you have enough evidence to confidently make the call.

Introducing Our New 35-Palette System

This training introduces our expanded 35-palette system, giving you greater ability to recognize the nuances that exist within a client’s colouring.

You’ll learn how to make finer distinctions between closely related palettes using undertone, value and intensity, including the typical hair and skin value ranges for each palette.

You’ll explore when greater specificity is meaningful, how to distinguish an Extended Palette from neighbouring possibilities, and how to use the expanded system without overcomplicating your analysis.

Each participant will also be personally analyzed to determine their own Extended Palette.

Learn by Analyzing Real People

This is not a review of Colour Analysis Mastery, and it isn’t three days of theory.

The 3 days are highly interactive, combining live challenging-client demonstrations, hands-on analysis, virtual case studies, palette comparisons, discussion, Q&A and role-play.

With one colour station and enrolment limited to under 10 participants, everyone is part of the learning. You’ll observe closely, discuss what you see, challenge conclusions and work through the reasoning behind each decision together.

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

Advanced expertise isn’t only about arriving at the right result. It’s also about how confidently and professionally you guide your client through the experience.

You’ll learn how to manage strong preferences and preconceived ideas without allowing them to influence your analysis, communicate without over-explaining, and avoid turning the consultation into a colour theory lesson.

We’ll also explore body language, tonality, matching and mirroring, and positive, empowering language so that your expertise comes through in a way that feels natural, reassuring and professional.

What You’ll Be Able to Do

By the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Differentiate between the 35 colour palettes using undertone, value, intensity, and hair and skin value ranges.
  • Identify and interpret subtle colour responses to determine whether a colour enhances or detracts from a client’s natural colouring.
  • Analyze challenging and ambiguous clients using observation, testing and comparison rather than assumptions or first impressions.
  • Distinguish between closely related palettes and confidently select and confirm the most harmonious result.
  • Manage client preferences and expectations while remaining objective and confident throughout the colour analysis process.
  • Create a positive and empowering client experience using effective communication, body language, tonality and client-friendly language.

For Colour Analysts Who Want to Keep Getting Better

The foundation is already there. This training is about developing what comes next, the ability to see more, make finer distinctions, challenge your assumptions and trust the evidence in front of you.

Because the difference between knowing the system and becoming an exceptional colour analyst is not simply knowing more.

It’s knowing what matters.
